Description
Two woods, one stick: Palo Santo, tied to South American ceremonial smoke, and sandalwood, a cornerstone of Indian perfumery. This blend comes from HEM, the Bengaluru-founded incense house behind one of the widest aroma ranges in the craft. Together the two woods read warm and resinous rather than floral โ the kind of smoke that lingers in a room a while after the stick has burned out. Light one for a meditation sit, a yoga session, a quiet moment before the day starts, or simply to scent the house with something more than a candle. In India, agarbatti like this is traditionally lit before a devotional image or at a home shrine as part of puja (pลซjฤ, Hindu worship); plenty of buyers elsewhere light it for their own spiritual practice, whatever that looks like, or just for the aroma โ both are equally valid reasons to strike a match. Hexagonal box, 20 sticks total. Incense accompanies ritual, meditation, and rest; it is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
