Copal

Copal is the resin that Mesoamerica has used in ritual since before the Conquest, foreign to the Indian agarbatti tradition. This cone, manufactured by HEM in India, offers its interpretation of that aromatic profile — it is not Mexican copal nor does it claim to be.

The result is a resinous and smoky note, distinct from the sandalwood or flowers that dominate the rest of the brand’s catalog.
