Description
Cempasúchil (Tagetes erecta), the yellow and orange flower of petal paths, shares the altar with copal in Day of the Dead offerings in Mexico. Flower and resin guide together the visit of the deceased the same night. It is a floral-earthy aroma, denser than sweet, with that cultural memory behind it.
Packaging: Package with 10 sticks, made in Mexico City. Vegetable charcoal stick covered in ground copal with resin and natural essence or fragrance. Safe use: light the tip for a few seconds and extinguish the flame immediately, blowing gently, so it remains as an ember. Place it in a perforated stick holder that catches the ash as the ember advances along the stick, in a ventilated space, away from curtains, paper, or anything flammable, and out of reach of children and pets. Do not leave it unattended while it smolders.
Copal accompanies ritual and tradition; it does not substitute for medical or psychological care.
